Merzenta Technologies Inc. (“Merzenta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides multi-vendor marketplace software architecture natively integrated with Shopify and Shopify Plus. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, and protect your information when you visit our website (merzenta.in), submit an architecture inquiry, or use our multi-vendor platform connectors.

We collect information in the following contexts:

Inquiry & Consultation Information: Full name, corporate email address, store brand name, Shopify store URL, monthly GMV tier, vendor volume, and technical requirements provided via our consultation modal.
Commerce Telemetry & Technical Identifiers: Webhook payload IDs, store location codes, and anonymized catalog performance metrics required to execute split order routing and commission calculations.
Automated System Logs: IP address, browser user-agent, and timestamps collected solely for abuse mitigation, rate limiting, and security compliance.

3. Strict Shopify Ecosystem & Merchant Commitment

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or broker merchant or vendor data. Ever. Merzenta strictly operates in compliance with Shopify API License and Terms of Use. We only process store catalog and fulfillment data to the extent required to execute native checkout sync, vendor portal operations, and Stripe payout instructions.

We work with trusted infrastructure partners to deliver platform operations:

5. Data Retention & Erasure (GDPR / CCPA)

We retain inquiry information only as long as necessary to provide architecture consultation and maintain client relationships. Under GDPR, CCPA, and applicable privacy regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, or request the immediate erasure of your data.

6. Security Measures

All data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 cryptography. Payment details and bank accounts are handled directly through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant Stripe Connect tokens. Merzenta never stores raw credit card or bank credentials on our application servers.
